"So, my journey with Paradigm PT&W began when I attended a workshop at my Barre studio for knee pain. I was so impressed with the presentation that I signed up for an evaluation. Upon meeting Jeremiah at the eval I knew I was in the right place to get the help I needed to be pain free in daily activities. After unsuccessful attempts to get help through my primary care physician I was elated to have hope that someone was happy and willing to help me! Jeremiah was amazing in planning my twice weekly sessions specific to my needs. "I found this place as a recommendation from a friend at a CrossFit gym, and the results were extremely impressive.. I’ve had my right hip joint bothering me for almost 6 months as well with lower back pain and left shoulder too.. the amount of knowledge the trainer has, trained me to learn these stretches and exercises that eventually took away the pain that I couldn’t fix even with chiropractor and with certain videos on YouTube, I had to get in depth with the problem and they had the solution.. I came in with an acute issue in my left shoulder after a very frustrating experience with traditional insurance-based primary care and physical therapy. From my very first consult, I was blown away by their attention to detail, their ability to quickly identify the root of the problem, and the thoughtful rehab plan they created. They even uncovered mobility and stability issues from a previous injury I thought had fully healed!

“Paradigm was recommended to me by several people from my gym. I have not been able to put weight on my wrist without extreme pain for almost a year. I decided to give Paradigm a try, and I am very glad I did! Stacy was very responsive to my inquiries, and she got me set up with therapist Keoni. He has been very kind, knowledgeable and patient in diagnosing my issues, educating me about how my body works and creating a simple and effective treatment plan. After my first 2 sessions I already felt improvement, and after 9 sessions now my wrist is at about 80%. "We used Paradigm Physical Therapy for several months after my son broke his arm. My son was left in a cast for too long which caused extra bone growth at the elbow. We worked with Kevin who was fantastic. Kevin was able to get almost full mobility of my son's arm back. Kevin was extremely personable to work with and always went the extra mile for our family. He was always prompt, so kind and courteous. I know he spent his own personal time in the evening researching extra ways to get my son just a centimeter more of mobility. "If you need a good physio, choose Dr Yoon — she’s just the best! I am so happy I tried Paradigm PT (Dr Yoon)! I’m an active 72 year old and I broke my shoulder and was left with limited ROM and profound weakness. Dr. Yoon personally spent at least 45 minutes/visit working on me. She treated my shoulder, educated me, and gave me exercises to do at home. Dr. Yoon listened to my concerns and helped me develop reasonable expectations and goals. "Working with Stacy and Kevin has been an eye-opening experience. Not only have my shoulder and back pains improved, but I am learning so much about what is causing the pain, how the joints are supposed to work, and how moving correctly with the right muscles takes the pain away. Both Stacy and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and explain/demonstrate the mechanics really well, often times by forcing me to pay attention to the feedback from my own body. With their guidance, I've come to understand how each PT exercise helps build the muscles that need to be working more and develop stability around the joints to prevent future injuries. I am a 60-years-old climber and I would like to keep climbing for another twenty years. Unfortunately, people my age automatically lose 2-5% of their muscle mass per year. So it is all the more important for me to continue working with Stacy and Kevin to build an indestructible body (😝). And I want to thank you both."
