Meet the Team
Kevin Shin, PT, DPT
Senior Physical Therapist
Dr. Kevin received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. He gained his experience as a physical therapist working with athletes in all stages of life. He believes that learning how to stay pain free and understanding the fundamentals of strength training is essential for longevity.
Kevin offers performance training programs that place a high emphasis on optimizing how your body moves. He strives to educate his clients and empowers them to understand their unique anatomy as it relates to their goals.
In his free time, Kevin puts his own programs and exercises to the test in the gym while practicing all forms of weightlifting: Body building, Functional Training and Crossfit.
Kevin Nye, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Kevin Nye earned his bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management with a minor in Business from Walla Walla University before completing his associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Loma Linda University. His lifelong love of sports and movement naturally led him to a career helping others move and feel their best, whether that means returning to daily activities after an injury or chasing a new personal record in the gym.
For Kevin, movement isn’t just a job, it’s part of how he takes care of himself and the people he loves. From prioritizing his own early morning gym sessions to creating workout plans to keep his Nana and Pa active, Kevin brings the same mindset into every patient session: a belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported.
When he’s not at Paradigm, Kevin enjoys staying active with family and friends. He’s a golf enthusiast, die-hard 49ers fan, and amateur espresso artist. However, his favorite way to spend time is with his wife, Alexa, whether they’re working out together or watching a good movie at home.
Keoni Go-Bulusan, DPT
Physical Therapist
Keoni Go-Bulusan received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University.
Growing up, he faced several health problems related to unhealthy eating and a sedentary lifestyle. By his freshman year of high school, he had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Turning to healthier eating and regular physical activity helped him to reverse these health issues. Physical activity truly saved his life.
He has also dealt with his own injuries, some of which required physical therapy. He understands firsthand how frustrating it feels to be sidelined from the activities that bring joy and help you stay healthy. His mission as a physical therapist is to empower people dealing with pain or injury to regain the confidence to return to what they love and equip them with strategies to protect their health and “future-proof” their bodies.
Outside of the clinic, Keoni is a cooking enthusiast and die-hard Lakers fan. In his free time, you’ll find him staying active through basketball, running, golf, weightlifting, or jiu-jitsu. When he’s not moving, he loves spending quality time with family, friends, or his dog, Koa, usually enjoying good food, conversation, and plenty of laughs.
